With your head tilted to the right, gently insert the tip of the vial just inside the left nostril. Squeeze the sides of the vial to dispense the necessary amount of liquid. Tilt the baby's head to the left and repeat the process for the other nostril. Lift the baby's head and wipe away any liquid that comes out of the nostrils. Wait a few seconds to allow the product to work before removing secretions with a tissue (for adults) or a nasal aspirator (for children).
