Interdental Brushes
Description
Product designed to prevent gum disease and cavities. Interdental brushes are also used for cleaning implants and orthodontic appliances.
Plastic-coated wire and an easy-to-handle grip.
Instructions for use
Cleaning between front teeth:
Use the straight interdental brush between the front teeth. Insert it gently and do not force it; work gently or choose a smaller size. Move the interdental brush back and forth several times along its entire length.
Cleaning between back teeth:
If using a small interdental brush (pink, orange, red, or blue), you can gently bend the neck by pressing with your finger to more easily reach the interdental spaces of the back teeth.
Cleaning between back teeth:
If using a large interdental brush, access to the spaces between the back teeth can be improved by gently bending the wire. The interdental brush will last longer if it is not straightened or bent to a different angle.
For optimal cleaning, it is important to choose an interdental brush of the correct size. Very often it is necessary to choose more than one size.
Your dentist/dental hygienist can help you find the appropriate size for your needs.
Use the interdental brush once a day, preferably in the evening. Move the interdental brush back and forth several times in each interdental space. Look in a mirror to facilitate use. Replace the interdental brush when it shows signs of wear.
