Return Form

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005 and subsequent amendments.

The Customer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to Farmaonline24 within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal communication must be sent by e-mail to info@farmaonline24.it or by registered letter with return receipt to: FARMACIA SAN PANTALEONE DOTT. The communication can also be anticipated via email to the address indicated on the contact page, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

Farmaonline24 will issue a refund by re-crediting the amount paid, usually using the same payment method used for the purchase, PayPal or bank transfer, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication. It will be the Customer's responsibility to provide the bank details (IBAN) to which the refund should be credited. In any case, supplementary amounts due to a delivery type different from the least expensive type offered by Farmaonline24 will not be refunded (Article 56 of Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/2/14)

The right of withdrawal lapses or is reduced due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Farmaonline24 ascertains:

- even partial use of the goods and any consumable materials;

- lack of the external packaging and/or original internal packaging;

- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;

- absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.).

In the cases mentioned above, Farmaonline24 will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

Attention: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

- the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only from part of the purchased product;

- the right does not apply to opened products if opening compromises the integrity and/or contamination of the item (e.g. cosmetics, supplements, etc.);

- the right does not apply to products without their original packaging and seals, where present;

- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts.

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, to place it in a second box. Avoid applying labels or adhesive tape directly to the product's original packaging.

According to the law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer.

The shipment, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Farmaonline24 will notify the Customer of the incident within 5 working days of receipt of the goods, to allow them to promptly file a claim against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Farmaonline24 is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
