ORDER PREPARATION
From the moment you place an order on this website, the time required to prepare your package and then ship it depends on the availability of the products.
If a product is no longer available during the processing of an order, either because it is out of stock or in production, an email will inform you of the inconvenience and your order will be updated with the removal of the unavailable item. The other products will be shipped, and the amount of the unavailable item will be automatically deducted from the total expenditure indicated at the time of purchase, regardless of the chosen payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY BY COURIER
Once the package with all the products you have purchased has been prepared, Farmaonline24 will ship it to you.
Delivery generally takes 2 working days. This number does not depend on our means, as the carrier is an independent entity from Farmaonline24. However, in case of delivery delays, please report it via email to info@farmaonline24.it in order to quickly contact the carrier and resolve the inconvenience. Similarly, if unforeseen circumstances (delays, product unavailability, etc.) occur during order fulfillment, we will promptly inform you via email of the order status.
Please note that deliveries are made throughout the national territory at varying times depending on the courier's route. If you are absent at the address indicated in the order, the courier is obliged to fill out a delivery attempt notice containing all the telephone numbers necessary to unblock the shipment. In the event that no delivery attempt notice is left, please inform our Customer Service immediately.
To avoid such unpleasant inconveniences, we advise you to provide a telephone number in the order notes, which we will forward to the courier solely for the purpose of completing the delivery.
Shipping costs for Italy are €6.2 for orders under €70, free for orders over €70.
Delivery is also available at Poste collection points; shipping costs are €5.5 for orders under €70, free for orders over €70.
