Aminogam spray is a medical device manufactured in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue, and amino acids that constitute collagen. Aminogam spray assists the tissue regeneration process to promote rapid healing of lesion areas and a simultaneous reduction in pain. The special spray formulation allows for easy application even in hard-to-reach areas of the mouth.
It is a fluid characterized by high biocompatibility that exerts a protective action, promoting faster tissue regeneration and, by stimulating fibroblast growth, facilitates the physiological re-epithelialization of the damaged area.
Fields of use.
Oral surgery (protection of surgical wounds and sutures).
Extraction surgery (regeneration of the alveolus and prevention of post-extraction alveolitis).
Regenerative, periodontal, and implant surgery.
Preprosthetic and orthodontic surgery.
Major and minor laser surgery.
Orthodontic and prosthetic trauma.
Protection of vital stumps in patients with fixed prostheses and dentinal hypersensitivity.
Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa of various etiologies (mucositis, canker sores, ulcerative-bullous lesions like pemphigus, etc.).

Instructions for use
Before treatment, perform proper oral hygiene and rinse the oral cavity thoroughly. Direct the tip of the applicator to the lesion areas and spray repeatedly and evenly until the entire affected area is covered with a uniform layer. It is advisable not to consume food or drink or rinse the mouth for at least one hour after application.
Apply a uniform layer by spraying repeatedly until the entire affected area is covered. Application can be repeated several times a day (three to four) depending on the severity of the symptoms. Treatment can be repeated for 3-4 weeks until symptoms disappear. Prolonged use beyond 30 days should be carried out under medical supervision.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, l-proline, l-leucine, l-lysine hydrochloride, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Warnings
The product does not tend to clog the dispenser; however, it is good practice to remove product residues from the applicator by cleaning it with a damp gauze after each use.
It is contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to the components.
No overdose phenomena are known.
No side effects are known.
No interactions with drugs and medicinal substances are known.
Although no secondary effects are known in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the doctor is responsible for deciding whether to prescribe the application.
Aminogam spray is a product characterized by high tolerability; however, local reactions due to hypersensitivity phenomena, which resolve spontaneously, may rarely occur.
The expiration date refers to the product unopened and correctly stored.
Do not use after the expiration date.

Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components.
Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Aminogam spray should be stored at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. Do not store in the refrigerator. Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and heat sources.
