Soluble fiber-based food supplement. Prebiotic.
Inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides are useful for balancing intestinal bacterial flora.
It is soluble in both cold and hot liquids.

Ingredients
Inulin, FOS (short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel).

Directions for use
5 grams per day (equal to one level tablespoon or 4 level teaspoons) provide 4.4 g of fiber.
Product to be consumed after reconstitution: dissolve in a glass of water or other liquid (200 ml), stir and drink immediately.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product should be taken away from medicines.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
