White almond cream is obtained exclusively from grinding lightly toasted peeled almonds. The quality of this cream is guaranteed by maximum temperature control during processing. This allows for a product with high nutritional value, containing vitamins A, B, E, minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and polyunsaturated fatty acids. No emulsifiers are added during processing; they are excellent for spreading on bread or baked goods or for preparing numerous recipes.
