Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet once a day: 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied diet.
The components of ACIDIF MONO have no contraindications when taken at recommended doses.
L-methionine is an essential amino acid with a recommended daily intake (RDA or NRV) of approximately 1.2 g per day.
Vitamin C can be taken without contraindications within the range indicated by the NRVs without exceeding the recommended doses, to avoid the release of oxalate in the urinary environment, which would favor the appearance of kidney stones.
