Ingredients
Passionflower herb with flowers dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L., maltodextrins) titrated to 3.5% vitexin, valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L., maltodextrins) titrated to 0.8% valerenic acids, melatonin, food-grade gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; colouring: titanium dioxide.

Gluten-free.

How to use
1 capsule daily half an hour before going to sleep.
