50% urea-based keratoregulatory cream, specifically formulated to combat excessive skin thickening, fragrance-free and preservative-free. Indicated for the treatment of localized areas (hands, feet, nails, elbows), it facilitates the mechanical removal of calluses and hyperkeratosis. It is a cream rich in alpha-hydroxy acids with a pronounced keratoregulatory activity.
