Description
Contains DHA, an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid that is a component of cell membranes, particularly abundant in the brain and retina. It is a component of breast milk, especially important for premature babies.
It is also rich in essential minerals, most of which are at 100% of the daily RDA.

Ingredients
Microencapsulated fish oil (Omega 3), magnesium gluconate, vitamin C (protected ascorbic acid), iron gluconate, niacin (vit. B3), manganese gluconate, vitamin E, zinc gluconate, pantothenic acid (Vit. B5), beta-carotene, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, copper gluconate, folic acid, biotin (Vit. H), vitamin D3, vitamin B12; flavor: lemon, magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
1 capsule daily, preferably before meals, taken with plenty of water.
