Instant granular preparation with beef extract and meat, enriched with extra virgin olive oil, designed for preparing broths, risottos, and elaborate meat-based recipes, but also ideal for enhancing the flavor of quick pan-fried dishes.
No hydrogenated fats, no palm fat, no preservatives.

Ingredients
Edible salt; flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; lactose, beef extract 4.7%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion-celery 0.8%-carrot), dehydrated beef 0.4%, natural flavors, spices.
May contain peanut.

Directions for use
For broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor dishes: add the product as a total or partial substitute for salt.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not take the product with wet spoons, and preferably store it in the refrigerator.
