Description
Food supplement based on calcium butyrate, vitamin D and zinc. Butyrate is a postbiotic, i.e. a compound normally produced by the intestinal microbiota. It is a short-chain fatty acid and represents the main energy source for the cells of the intestinal barrier. Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, and zinc is useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Calcium butyrate; bulking agents: sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt, calcium carbonate, fatty acids; zinc gluconate; glazing agent: shellac; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin D3 (bulking agent: acacia gum; sucrose, corn starch, medium-chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol; antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol); coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; flavouring (emulsifier: polysorbate 20); stabilizers: glycerol, fatty acids.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
Adults: it is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening.
Children and adolescents: 1 tablet a day.
The tablets should not be chewed but taken whole with a sufficient amount of water. For optimal use of the product, seek medical advice.


Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not take in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 25°C.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product in an unopened and properly stored package.
