Description
Class 2 medical device. Vaginal tablets with applicator system.
Product indicated:
- As an adjunctive treatment useful for the prevention of preterm birth in the presence of reduced cervicometry or cervicometry not corresponding to the gestational period.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention of spontaneous abortion and preterm birth.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention against the increased risk of abortion linked to invasive procedures such as Amniocentesis or Chorionic Villus Sampling.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention and treatment of female infertility.

Instructions for use
Carefully remove a vaginal applicator from its packaging.
Insert the applicator deeply into the vagina and release the tablet contained within by gently pressing the plunger.

Components
Lactoferrin (300 mg), compressing, lubricating and disintegrating agents.

Warnings
The product is for vaginal use.
As the tablet dissolves, it may cause pale pink discharge, due to the natural salmon pink color of lactoferrin.
Do not swallow.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility to any component of the product.
May contain lactose.
In confirmed or suspected pregnancy and in case of concomitant local drug therapies, the use of the vaginal tablet should only take place under the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
The product is not intended for pediatric use.
Keep the product out of the sight and reach of children.
Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may lead to sensitization or local irritation; should this occur, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use the product if the package, upon first opening, appears damaged or not perfectly intact.
Use the product in accordance with the instructions for use.
Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
