A food supplement containing Myo-inositol (certified myo isomer form), D-chiro-inositol (certified dextrorotatory isomer form), folic acid and manganese, useful for compensating for dietary deficiencies or increased organic requirements of these nutrients. Properties
Inositol: is a cyclic polyalcohol improperly considered to belong to the vitamin B complex. In nature, there are various forms (stereoisomers) of inositol, the most important of which are identified by the names Myo-inositol (MI) and D-chiro-inositol (DCI). Dietary sources of DCI are rather scarce, and in our body, DCI is mainly obtained by conversion of MI by the epimerase enzyme, which ensures the presence of the correct ratio between the two forms in various tissues. Both isomers act as second messengers of insulin but regulate different insulin-dependent processes and contribute, in different ways, to the correct metabolism of glucose. For this reason and to compensate for an inefficiency of the epimerase enzyme, it is essential to administer both MI and DCI forms.
Folic acid: thanks to its activity, it contributes to the normal metabolism of amino acids and intervenes in the cell division process. It also contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
Manganese: is important for obtaining the active form of DCI.

Myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, manganese pidolate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably away from meals and caffeine intake. Dissolve the content in water (100 ml) and take immediately.

Storage
