Description
Food supplement based on calcium butyrate, zinc, and folic acid. Zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal homocysteine metabolism. Butyric acid is a short-chain fatty acid normally produced by fermentation from the intestinal microbiota and absorbed by enterocytes.

Calcium butyrate; bulking agents: sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium carbonate, calcium phosphate; zinc gluconate; coating agent: shellac; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; flavouring (emulsifier: polysorbate 20); stabilisers: glycerol; fatty acids, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, preferably in the morning and evening, away from meals, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. The tablets should not be chewed, but swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Warnings
The minimum shelf life refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains polyols; excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
