Directions for use
One tablet morning and evening, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably between meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It is not recommended to take the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
For the duration of consumption, it is advisable to seek the opinion of a nutritionist.
Do not consume after the expiry date.

Storage
Store in a cool (<25°C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
