Ingredients
Chamomile dry extract 3:1 15%; boswellia gum resin 12%; mallow flowers and leaves 12%; nepeta cataria herb dry extract 8%; vitamin C 8%; psyllium husk 7%; flax seeds 7%; charcoal 7%; bamboo fruit dry extract 10%; red cranberry young shoots 5%; lactobacillus reuteri SGL01 5%; bifidobacterium infantis ATCC15702 1%; thickeners: gum arabic 3%; microcrystalline cellulose 3%.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 - 3 tablets after main meals, equal to 1 - 2 grams per day, corresponding to 160 mg of vitamin C, which is 32% RDA, and 2 X 10⁸ bifidobacterium infantis and 10.5 X 10⁹ lactobacillus reuteri.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
