Food supplement with melatonin and valerian. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes physiological relaxation and rest.

Ingredients

	per daily dose of 5 drops
Melatonin	1 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids	5 mg
Other ingredients: purified water; fructose; maltodextrins; stabilizer (glycerol); acidifier (citric acid); preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate).

Directions for use
Take 5 drops of the product daily, diluted in a little water, shortly before bedtime. It is recommended to shake the product before use. The possible presence of small undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package. Shelf life after first opening: 3 months.
