Medical device for the symptomatic treatment of occasional constipation and for softening stools.
DulcoSoft has a high capacity to rehydrate and soften hard stools, facilitating their evacuation and providing a feeling of relief.
DulcoSoft has a physical mechanism of action and works gently: it is not absorbed by the body and does not cause gas production.
The main component is Macrogol 4000, a laxative with osmotic action that retains water. It acts as a water carrier and delays its intestinal absorption, leading to an increase in its quantity in the colon. It softens stools and increases their volume.
It is suitable for people aged 8 and over, the elderly, pregnant women (under medical supervision), coeliacs, and diabetics.

Directions for use
Adults and children over 8 years of age:
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the recommended dose is:
1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a drink, preferably taken as a single administration in the morning.
The dose can be adjusted to individual needs, without exceeding the maximum recommended dose: it can vary from one intake per day to one intake every two days. The appropriate dose is the minimum sufficient to produce regular evacuation of soft stools.
Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), or another drink of your choice, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Keep the medical device out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult the instructions for use. Do not use in children under 8 years of age. Use in children under 12 years of age should preferably be under medical supervision. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, consult your doctor before using DulcoSoft.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the box. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.

Box of 20 pre-dosed sachets, each containing 10 g of Macrogol 4000.
