Bag for storing, transporting, and warming breast milk.

Instructions for use
Wash hands with soap and water and dry them thoroughly before handling the bag. Open the bag by tearing arrow 1 in the indicated direction. Do not fill the bag beyond the 210 ml mark, as breast milk expands when frozen.
2) Ensure the zipper area is clean, remove air from inside the bag and close it completely to prevent leaks. Label the breast milk bag before storage.
3) Refrigerate or freeze breast milk immediately after expression. Breast milk can be defrosted in the refrigerator in about 12 hours. Alternatively, hold the bag containing frozen milk under warm water (max. 37 °C or 99 °F).
4) Once fully thawed, you can warm the milk by placing the bag (or bottle) in a cup, jug, or bowl of warm water for a few minutes to bring it to body temperature (37 °C or 99 °F). Swirl the bottle or bag gently, without shaking or stirring, to mix any separated fat.
5) To transfer breast milk from the bag to the bottle, tear arrow 2 in the indicated direction and pour it into a bottle.

Warnings
Do not reuse the product.
Do not defrost or heat breast milk in a microwave oven or in a pot of boiling water to avoid burns.

Store away from sunlight.
