Useful for promoting a physiological intake of magnesium

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; brewer's yeast; chelated magnesium (magnesium oxide, rice proteins, aspartic acid, citric acid) cutin; horsetail (equisetum arvense) sterile stems; magnesium citrate; magnesium chloride.

Directions for use
Unless otherwise directed by a doctor, take 2 tablets 3 times a day.
