Vitamin C promotes the formation of collagen, which is important for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones, gums and teeth. Manganese contributes to the formation of connective tissues while zinc, iodine with vitamins A, B2, B3, C and biotin help maintain healthy skin. Furthermore, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium and vitamins B2, C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets (2.5 g) one to four times a day at any time.
