Alpha galactosidase, beta galactosidase, caraway (carum carvi).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

How to use
1-2 tablets before main meals or before consuming foods containing lactose and undigestible carbohydrates. The tablets can be taken with water, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth.
