Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, diosgenin, vitamin D and alpha-lactalbumin, with sweeteners.
Useful for providing an additional intake of its constituent nutrients in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need. Dioscorea villosa counteracts menstrual cycle discomfort.

Ingredients
Myo-inositol; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; wild yam (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome d.e. titrated to 20% in diosgenin, flavourings, alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take two stick packs daily, away from meals, by dissolving directly in the mouth or by dissolving the content in a glass of water, stirring well.

Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contains milk proteins. Contains erythritol, excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
