Water, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf e.g., lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf d.e. titrated to 2% rosmarinic acid, melatonin, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 3 drops as is or diluted in water, milk, or another beverage in the evening shortly before going to bed.
