Enerplus Active Mind helps manage psychological stress and overcome physical and mental fatigue thanks to its content of Cereboost, a specific titrated extract of American ginseng that provides tonic-adaptogenic action, and guarana, which acts as a tonic against physical and mental fatigue. It also contains Aronia, a plant rich in polyphenols with a characteristic purplish color, providing support and restorative action, and vitamins B1, B3, and B6 which contribute to energy metabolism and normal psychological function.

Directions for use
1 stick per day, to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or when needed, preferably between meals, pure or diluted in a liquid.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains caffeine (25 mg/day), not recommended for children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The color may vary slightly from batch to batch, this does not affect the quality of the finished product in any way.
