Ingredients
Fructose; dextrose (from corn); sucrose; maltodextrin (from corn); acidifier: citric acid; thickener: gum arabic; flavor; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; wheat starch; tripotassium citrate; magnesium citrate; antioxidant: l-ascorbic acid; vitamin mix; sodium chloride.

Directions for use
During physical activity, it is recommended to take 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth, every 15-30 minutes, up to a maximum of 13 tablets.
