Ingredients
Rice flakes (rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, glucose, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin); oat flakes; raisins; fructose-glucose syrup; glucose syrup; sugar; sunflower oil; maltodextrin; flavourings; acidifier: citric acid.

Directions for use
It is recommended to consume 1-2 bars during endurance activity. Consume the bar with adequate water intake.
