Glucose-fructose syrup (43.6%); fructose syrup (26%); maltodextrins (1.6%); thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; flavorings; acidifier: citric acid; L-Alanine (0.32%*); L-Leucine (0.32%*); preservative: potassium sorbate; L-Isoleucine (0.16%*); L-Valine (0.16%*); caffeine; (0.08%*); vitamin mix (nicotinamide, calcium D – pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride); antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 minipack every hour during activity. The recommended dose is 4 minipacks.

Warnings
High caffeine content (100 mg/100 ml). Product contraindicated for subjects particularly sensitive to caffeine; it is advisable to avoid association with other sources of caffeine and the simultaneous intake of alcohol and/or tobacco.
