Directions for use
1-2 servings per day are recommended. In good health, there are no contraindications to prolonged use of the product.
Pour about 195ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the jar) or 53.5g of Ensure Nutrivigor.
Stir well or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. This will yield a 230ml serving. A 400g jar provides approximately 8 servings.

Storage
