A balanced powdered food supplement with protein, HMB, and 27 vitamins and minerals.
Ensure Advance is scientifically formulated for muscle and bone health and the proper functioning of the immune system. It contains HMB and protein to help recover and maintain muscle mass. Calcium helps maintain normal bones, and vitamin D promotes calcium absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and bones.

Directions for use
To prepare a 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is provided in the can) or 53.5 g of Ensure Advance. Stir or shake well to dissolve the powder.
1-2 servings of 230 ml per day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Warnings
Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in case of galactosemia.

Storage
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place but not refrigerated. Use within 3 weeks of opening. Use Ensure Advance immediately after reconstitution, or keep covered in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
