Melissa plant extract, Peppermint essential oil, and Caraway essential oil promote regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination. Melissa extract promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Microencapsulated essential oil blend [peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita L.), caraway essential oil (Carum carvi L.)], melissa* (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract titrated to 12% rosmarinic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (DRCaps), inulin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colorant: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule before the two main meals.
