Properties
      Griffonia
Soothing; improves REM sleep quality; reduces hunger.
      Eschscholzia
With sedative, hypnotic, antispasmodic properties (California poppy).
      Valerian
Increases NO-REM deep sleep phase; reduces sleep latency.
      Magnesium
Reduces neuromuscular hyperexcitability; is an anti-stress agent.
      Melatonin
According to recent studies, the appropriate use of melatonin to promote sleep, and for long periods, involves doses not exceeding 3 mg.

Water, Agave Syrup (Agave americana, leaves), Eschscholzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts dry extract titrated to 0.35% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, Magnesium citrate, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% total valerenic acids, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.) seeds dry extract titrated to 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), Flavouring, Preservative: potassium sorbate; Antioxidant: ascorbic acid; Melatonin, Sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
Shake well before use.
It is recommended to take 40 drops in a little water in the evening before bed.
In case of nocturnal awakening, it is suggested to take another 20 drops.

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
As this is a product based on plant principles, the presence of sediment at the bottom does not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Once opened, store the bottle in the refrigerator at +4 °C and consume within 40 days.
