Description
Food supplement based on liposomal iron, vitamin C, vitamin D3, active folic acid (Quatrefolic) and B vitamins, useful for filling dietary deficiencies or increased organic needs for these nutrients.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.
Furthermore, iron, folate, vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Liposomal iron (iron pyrophosphate, blend of sunflower oil and palm oil), vitamin C; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Quatrefolic (methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt).

Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule daily with a large sip of water.
