Description
Food supplement based on Silymarin Phytosome (standardized milk thistle extract with phospholipids) and vegetable extracts of artichoke, dandelion, burdock, with choline, inositol and vitamin B6. Milk thistle, artichoke and dandelion are useful for promoting liver function and the body's purifying functions. Milk thistle and artichoke also promote digestive function and have antioxidant action. Milk thistle helps carbohydrate metabolism, artichoke helps lipid metabolism and promotes the elimination of intestinal gas. Burdock promotes the drainage of body fluids and purifying functions, also contributing to skin well-being. Dandelion facilitates regular intestinal transit and the drainage of body fluids. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal lipid metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal homocysteine metabolism.

How to use
To best exploit the purifying properties of milk thistle, dandelion and burdock: it is recommended to take 2 scoops of 20 ml diluted in a glass (about 150 ml) of water in the morning on an empty stomach. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day. To best exploit the digestive properties of artichoke and milk thistle: 1-2 scoops are recommended after meals, to be taken as is. Shake the bottle before use.
