PSYLLIUM GEL

Description
Food supplement based on psyllium, prune, and vegetable extracts, flavored with prune. Psyllium, prune, ash, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon promote regular intestinal transit. Psyllium and mallow contribute to normal stool volume and consistency. Psyllium also has a prebiotic action. Marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Melissa and artichoke promote the elimination of intestinal gas. Dandelion and artichoke promote liver and depurative functions of the body and also promote digestive function, together with cinnamon and melissa. Steviol glycosides from stevia leaves were used as sweeteners.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed husk powder (contains mustard and sesame); acidifier: citric acid; natural flavor, prune (Prunus domestica L.) fruit juice dehydrated, ash (Fraxinus ornus L.) leaves powder, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaves powder, marshmallow (Althea officinalis L.) root powder, red beet dehydrated powder; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: lecithins; melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves powder, dandelion [Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg.] root powder, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves powder, cinnamon [Cinnamomum cassia (Nees & T.Nees) J. Presl.] bark powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

Instructions for use
Take 1 to 3 sachets throughout the day, preferably between meals.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, fill it with still water (approx. 150 ml) and stir well for a few seconds. The formation of gel is characteristic of the product and its consistency can be modulated by increasing the amount of water. After consumption, it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in conjunction with medications or other supplements.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package. Any variations in color and flavor are due to the naturalness of the ingredients contained.
