Melatonin Pura

Melatonin food supplement. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Does not contain: milk derivatives, added sugar, added preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours, GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Melatonin (1 mg).

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 microtablet daily with plenty of water, preferably one hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
