Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 oval tablet daily.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
