Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark) dry extract titrated to 16% in cascarosides, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit) dehydrated juice, capsule (food-grade gelatin, colour: titanium dioxide), Frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., bark) dry extract titrated to 7.5% - 9% in total glucofrangulins; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules of the product per day, as needed, to be swallowed with a generous glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during breastfeeding, pregnancy or when planning a pregnancy. Do not use in children. Do not take if you suffer from any inflammatory bowel disease. Do not use for prolonged periods. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in an unopened package, stored correctly. Do not disperse into the environment after use.
