Ingredients
Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark) d.e. titrated to 16% in cascarosides, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit) dehydrated juice, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., bark) d.e. titrated to 7.5% - 9%; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 to 2 capsules of the product daily, as needed, swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before bedtime.

Do not take if you suffer from any inflammatory bowel disease. Do not take if you have a known or suspected allergy to one or more components.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The end of validity date refers to the product in an intact package, correctly stored.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
