Erythritol is naturally found in plant-based products, such as fruit. It is produced from vegetable sugars through a fermentation process. Steviol glycosides are natural substances found in the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana with a sweetening power 300 times greater than that of common table sugar (sucrose).
