Ingredients
Corn flour; rice flour; corn starch.
Directions for use
Use a large pot with plenty of water: at least 3 liters of water for 500g of pasta. When the water is boiling, add about 5g of coarse salt per liter of water and add the pasta. Stir gently and boil for 4 minutes or until your preferred al dente texture is reached. Pasta can also be cooked in broth instead of water.
