Lasagne
Gluten-free pasta.Ingredients
Corn flour; rice flour; corn starch.
Instructions for use
Add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking water before adding the pasta. Bring 3 liters of salted water (with 15 g of salt) to a boil, add the lasagna sheets (2-3 pieces at a time) and boil, without stirring, for 4 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of cold water. After spreading sauce on the bottom of an oven dish, layer the lasagna sheets, covering each layer with sauce, parmesan, and béchamel. Cover everything with sauce, sprinkle with plenty of parmesan, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
