Gluten-free pasta.Ingredients
Corn flour; rice flour; corn starch.
Directions for use
Add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking water before adding the pasta. Use a large pot with plenty of water: at least 3 liters of water for 500g of pasta. When boiling vigorously, add about 5g of coarse salt per liter of water and add the pasta. Stir gently and, after 4 minutes of boiling, turn off the heat, leaving the product in the cooking water, with the pot covered, for another 4 minutes or until the preferred cooking degree is reached.
