Instructions for use
Farinata for 4 people: prepare a batter with chickpea flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little water, until you get a not-too-dense mixture; add a pinch of salt. Pour the batter into the pan and cook it for 2 or 3 minutes per side, until the farinata has a golden appearance. Variations: with onion, with zucchini flowers or with aromatic herbs, typical with rosemary.
