Applying and securing dressings requires excellent adaptability and flexibility in the operating theatre, hospital wards and outpatient clinics. The product adheres quickly and easily, especially in the case of large bandages. The strip can be cut to size, saving material and reducing costs.
The device is coated with a hypoallergenic polyacrylic adhesive. The backing material is made of transversely stretchable non-woven polyester. Fixomull stretch adapts even to the most contoured body parts. All forms of compression, congestion, and blood circulation disorders are prevented.
It can be used to cover wounds, even on the most mobile body parts, and for secure fixation of tubes, catheters, measuring devices and various instruments.
