Description
Soft and comfortable material wrap with special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt and water) that generate heat upon contact with oxygen in the air. When applied for 8 hours, ThermaCare's constant heat provides prolonged pain relief for up to 16 hours.
Prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, providing pain-relieving effects and muscle relaxation, as it:
• brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a healthy state;
• stimulates nerve endings, sensitive to temperature, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare can take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and fasten the wrap. For those over 55 years of age, wear ThermaCare over a thin layer of clothing (fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with normal household waste.

Warnings
Do not use if:
• the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on scratched or broken skin;
• on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on areas of the body insensitive to heat;
• by individuals who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and dependent elderly.

Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you feel excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over a garment, not in direct contact with the skin.
• For those over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over a garment and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the worn product.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiry date indicated on the packaging and label.
