Description
A soft and comfortable wrap with special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that generate heat upon contact with the oxygen in the air.
Prolonged, constant temperature heat increases blood circulation in the tissues, providing pain relief and muscle relaxation because:
• it delivers more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping muscles return to a state of well-being;

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive side. Place on the painful area and firmly press the adhesive side onto the skin. Be careful not to overlap the cells during application. Do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes. If you are over 55 years old, wear Thermacare over a thin layer of clothing (or fabric), not directly on the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use if:
• the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on broken or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by persons unable to follow all instructions for use or unable to remove the product themselves, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly;
• do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes.

Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you feel excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over a garment, not directly on the skin.
• Over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over a garment and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not exert excessive pressure on the worn product, for example, by leaning on hard surfaces, nor wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package and label.
