Purified dry pollen extract, edible gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopherol acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; coloring agent: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use
One capsule daily, at any time of the day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, for at least two months.
It is advisable not to decrease the dose to maintain the product's effectiveness.

Warnings
There are no contraindications to prolonged use over time. Furthermore, the use of Femal, even for extended periods, does not lead to weight gain.
Femal does not contain allergens and can therefore also be used by people with allergies or intolerances.
